Just put what I need easily. How bout iOS? You can only launch appsand create folders. :)

2. Flash Support
Apple will never support Adobe Flash. Android can play Flash games and video, iOS can’t. Although iOS will support HTML5 web apps, Flash can work more powerful for mobile browsers.

Everybody know, although iOS has great view, hi-tech system, still, users can’t customize it easily. The only way to customize your iOS is by Jailbrake your iOS device. Yes, Android gives you more! You can search anything through Google and al you can do is just SPEAK! Easy and accurate, and it supports so many languages. Better Voice recognition also useful when you playing a music, with Winamp for Android, you can find and search with voice search. Just speak the title or artist, then enjoy the music. As I know, there’s no voice control for iOS 5, although it’s still available for beta version.

5. Google Account Integration
iOS 5 introduce iCloud, storage service only. There’s no streaming music, no VoIP — it’s just storage for your pictures, apps and your docs. With Android, you can feel Google Account Integration benefit. You can edit your Goo-Docs on your phone or tablet, and continue it from your laptop or desktop. Upload music, and stream it directly to your phone. You even can do a VoIP call via Google voice. Hmm…just re-think..and decide.
